Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate for our Provo center. You will support customers with daily inquiries, setup AV equipment, manage amenities, and help ensure accurate billing and service delivery. This role emphasizes strong customer service, multitasking, and a great guest experience.

You will also plan and promote networking events, coordinate with the City Manager, and help keep the center welcoming and organized throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with center services.
• Help with Wi-Fi access, packages, directions, and setup of projectors.
• Ensure services are charged and invoices accurate.
• Assist with event planning and networking invitations.
• Direct groups to venues and maintain center cleanliness.
