IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate for our Baton Rouge center. You will develop and maintain a community within the center, handling a variety of administrative tasks and customer support to help clients run their businesses efficiently.

You will greet customers, assist with inquiries, set up equipment, process invoices, and coordinate center events, while ensuring services are properly charged and documented.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask across a fast-paced environment
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain your own community within the center
• Handle administrative and support needs for customers
• Coordinate center tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Assist customers with inquiries such as wifi, packages, directions, and room setup
