Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Bilingual English & Spanish highly desired.
• Solid computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel) and familiarity with property management software (Yardi Voyager).

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Process applications and secure deposits.
• Enter lease information and maintain Yardi records.
• Coordinate renewals and communicate with residents.
• Explain features and benefits to prospects and close the sale.
• Assist in planning resident events and ensure community policies are followed.
