Job summary

Avanath is looking for a Leasing Specialist to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations within the community. The role requires a professional and positive approach with residents and staff. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, recording visits, demonstrating units, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins.

A fast-paced environment with possible evenings/weekends is expected. Required are 2+ years in sales or customer relations, and preferred bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired.
• Solid computer knowledge: Windows (Word, Excel) and email.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager Property Management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Record all telephone and in-person visits on guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Demonstrate community and apartment/model features and close the sale.
• Have prospects complete the application and secure a deposit.
