Job summary

IWG in Houston is seeking a Community Associate to manage daily center operations, assist customers, and help grow the center community. You will handle inquiries, coordinate services, and support event planning to foster client networks.

This role is on-site at One Riverway, Houston, with 25 hours per week and an hourly wage of $18.75. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to own problems and resolve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable in fast-changing environments.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and manage center operations.
• Maintain a welcoming community within the center and handle inquiries.
• Process service charges and ensure invoices are accurate.
• Coordinate events and networking activities and assist with center communications.
