Job summary

IWG seeks a Part-Time Community Associate in Houston, on-site at One Riverway. You will greet customers, handle inquiries, assist with room setups, and manage center services and invoices. You’ll help organize events, support networking activities, and ensure a welcoming, efficient center experience for members and visitors.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with daily center needs; set up equipment and assist with rooms and services.
• Process service charges and invoices for center services.
• Open tickets in the service portal and follow up on requests.
• Assist in planning and promoting center events and networking activities.
