Job summary

IWG is hiring a Community Associate for an on-site role in Newport Beach, CA. The position is 30 hours per week with a schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Tuesday through Friday.

You will support centre customers, manage day-to-day tasks, and help run events and operations to keep the community thriving. You'll interact with members and guests, handle requests, coordinate with centre staff, and ensure invoices and services are correctly processed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Able to multitask and manage changing priorities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and handle inquiries throughout the day.
• Set up meeting rooms, assist with equipment and directions.
• Process services and ensure accurate invoicing and billing.
• Plan and coordinate weekly networking events for the centre.
• Maintain centre cleanliness and organize mail and deliveries.
