Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.

• Legally eligible to work and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day‑to‑day center needs and services.
• Help manage center operations and coordinate requests from customers.
• Set up basic IT tasks like Wi‑Fi or projectors when needed.
• Process service charges and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Support event planning and community networking activities.
