Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or engagement experience.
• Experience in grassroots marketing or brand engagement.
• Experience building relationships with community groups or partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life and enhance guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, studios, and partners.
• Engage with the local community to identify opportunities and expand the store’s presence.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with leadership.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
