Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and partners, and host local events. You’ll deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor while weaving in community insights to activities and product seeding with partner studios.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, or community building.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent.
• Experience building relationships with clients, groups, or partners; motivating team members to accomplish goals or activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life through community foundations and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, and studio partners to increase guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities and strengthen the store’s role as a community hub.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review data and share insights with store leadership to guide Community events and initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive team environment that celebrates differences.
