Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy by building local relationships, hosting events, and supporting product seeding with Ambassadors and studios. You will deliver a world-class guest experience while bringing a community perspective to the floor.

You will develop and sustain relationships with Ambassadors and partners, engage guests to identify needs, and collaborate with leadership to grow the store's role as a community hub in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life with guest experience focus
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors
• Review community data to share insights with store leadership
• Foster an inclusive team environment that welcomes differences
