On the sales floor, you will deliver a world-class guest experience and weave community insights into service.

You will help host local events that connect guests with the brand. The role emphasizes inclusive leadership, collaboration, and a proactive approach to engaging with fitness

Qualifikationen

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships (Ambassadors, studios) to grow guests.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador opportunities and boost guest acquisition.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with store leadership.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
