Associa Kramer Triad is seeking a motivated Community Association Manager to join our leadership team in Michigan. You will advise Boards, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure governance and financial oversight across communities.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, manage vendor relationships, attend meetings, and drive long-term planning. We offer growth opportunities, industry-leading tools, and a supportive environment to deliver exceptional service to homeowners and boards.

Qualifications

• Experience in community association management or similar client-facing leadership
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Certifications CMCA/AMS/PCAM preferred but not required
• Experience with HOA management software is a plus

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Board, homeowners, and the management company
• Guide Boards in governance, budgeting, and operations
• Attend Board meetings and prepare packages
• Review monthly financial reports and present summaries
• Oversee vendor relationships and contracts
