Associa is seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of HOA and condo communities. You will work with Boards of Directors to guide governance, operations, and long-term strategies, while leveraging a supportive team and technology platforms.

You will manage budgets, oversee vendor relationships, and promote outstanding resident service in a hybrid work environment. This role emphasizes communication, leadership, and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel regularly within assigned communities.
• Ability to attend evening Board meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor and liaison to Boards of Directors.
• Facilitate Board and annual meetings and prepare materials.
• Help Boards understand governing documents, policies, and responsibilities.
• Prepare agendas and management reports.
• Partner with Board members to set community goals and plans.
• Support committee initiatives and community projects.
• Oversee day-to-day administration of communities.
• Manage vendor proposals and project timelines.
• Monitor budgets and financial reports; assist in planning.
• Ensure compliance with documents and standards.
• Maintain accurate community records and documentation.
