Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property Operations, Hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for CAM.
• Strong problem-solving, judgement, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.
• Excellent organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information.
• Knowledge of Florida Statutes and community documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered and board expectations are met.
• Maintain knowledge of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential and ensure obligations are met.
• Initiate contact with new residents.
• Conduct site inspections, identify deficiencies and provide recommendations and action plans.
• Oversee construction projects to ensure maintenance/improvement on time and within budget.
• Create, maintain, and upload information in our portal (work orders, minutes, reports).
• Interview, select, hire, train and schedule staff; ensure proper coverage and resolve problems.
