Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to lead multiple properties and collaborate with Regional Directors and Boards to drive projects and deliver high-quality service. The role requires 3+ years in property operations, a CAM license, and strong leadership.

You will supervise staff, manage contracts, conduct site inspections, and handle budget-sensitive projects. Full-time with comprehensive benefits and a $75,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property Operations, Hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Must be Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM).
• Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows required.
• Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and ability to apply Florida Statutes and Community documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service and to meet Board expectations and respond promptly to questions/problems.
• Maintain knowledge of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential.
• Initiate contact with new residents and conduct site inspections; identify deficiencies and propose improvements.
• Oversee construction projects and ensure property maintenance/improvement and related projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Create and maintain information in our portal (work orders, meeting minutes, Monthly Management Report).
• Interview, hire, train and schedule staff; provide direction and resolve problems.
