Job summary

You will interact with homeowners, board members, vendors, and Associa staff to maintain high standards and compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• HOA/community association management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client associations for board meetings and inspections.
• Prepare agendas and board meeting packages.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages and financial statements.
• Update HOA information in systems.
• Coordinate facility inspections and follow-up actions.
• Oversee association operations per management agreement.
• Liaise with Board and homeowners as needed.
• Oversee vendor procurement and performance evaluation.
