Job summary

Priestley Management Company is seeking a dedicated Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of community associations and act as the primary contact for homeowners and boards. You will collaborate with boards to implement strategic plans and manage vendor relationships to meet community standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community association management.
• Strong knowledge of HOA laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with community members.
• Certification such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for homeowner and board inquiries.
• Develop and implement strategic plans with boards.
• Oversee vendor relationships to meet standards.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for each association.
• Coordinate and attend regular board meetings.
• Ensure compliance with laws and governing documents.
• Address homeowner concerns to maintain a positive community.
