Job summary

Associa is seeking a Portfolio Manager to support onsite staff and oversee administrative, maintenance, and capital projects for multiple HOA and condominium communities assigned to the portfolio.

The role requires travel to communities, collaboration with boards, budgeting, financial reporting, and management of vendors and capital initiatives to ensure communities meet standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of community association experience.
• CMCA, AMS, and PCAM, or willingness to obtain, company paid.
• Customer service driven and team oriented.
• Financial acumen: read and interpret financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple HOA communities.
• Meet and collaborate with onsite staff and Board members.
• Hire, train, and develop staff.
• Oversee maintenance, compliance, and capital projects.
• Prepare board packages and coordinate monthly/annual meetings.
