Job summary

IWG plc in Weston, Florida is seeking a Customer-focused Community Associate to welcome members, manage front-desk activities, assist with center operations, and ensure smooth daily services.

You’ll coordinate with customers, set up AV, handle printing, invoices, event planning, and help build a vibrant local community within the center. A positive attitude and 1+ year of customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, printing, and package retrieval.
• Set up projectors/AV and guide customers to meeting rooms.
• Place service requests and manage center operations and invoicing.
• Plan and promote networking events within the center.
