Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day inquiries and requests across the center
• Set up rooms, help with AV equipment, and guide visitors to services
• Process invoices and ensure accurate charging of services
• Coordinate with the Community Manager on events and center communications
