Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate in New Brunswick, NJ to manage a vibrant center, assist a diverse customer base, and maintain smooth daily operations. You will handle member inquiries, coordinate services, and support events, while contributing to a welcoming, productive workspace.

The role emphasizes strong communication, ownership of tasks, adaptability, and proficiency with MS Office, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
• Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain your own community within your center, handling administrative and support needs for customers so they can focus on running their business.
• Assist customers with day-to-day inquiries, such as WiFi codes, directions, and projector setup.
• Handle invoicing and billing accuracy, and assist with printing and other center services.
• Coordinate events and networking activities with the Community Manager.
• Ensure center cleanliness and smooth operation as the day progresses.
