Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT tools.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the center with inquiries, access and services.
• Manage daily center operations and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Set up projectors/AV and help customers use meeting spaces.
• Coordinate with Community Manager for events and promotional activities.
• Ensure services are properly billed and invoices are accurate.
