IWG in Long Beach is seeking a Community Associate to help build and sustain a welcoming center for a diverse customer base. You will manage administrative tasks and support needs so clients can focus on running their business.

You will greet customers, handle inquiries, process services, and assist with invoices. You’ll also help plan events and maintain an organized, friendly center culture, supporting growth and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with basic IT tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a smooth experience in the center.
• Handle inquiries, direct to resources, and assist with packages and directions.
• Coordinate services, manage invoicing, and update the service portal as needed.
• Plan small networking events and support marketing materials within the center.
