National Ambulance wants you to be a part of our rapidly growing family-oriented company that provides emergency and non-emergency ambulance & handicap van services to Greater Springfield. We are looking for a self-motivated individual that is willing to work in our state-of-the-art operations center.

Incumbents are responsible for a wide variety of operation center activities, including receiving emergency and non-emergency requests for ambulance service, transmitting orders to suitable response units, and completing administrative duties, all while maintaining a sense of urgency in a fast-paced office setting.

Responsibilities:

1. Consistently multi-tasking
2. Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing

4. Working independently without direct supervision to accomplish goals
5. Scheduling & quality control

The ideal candidate will have:
