Job summary

Sierra Air seeks a Commissions Specialist to calculate weekly and monthly performance pay for technicians, installers and design specialists. The role supports accounts receivable/payable and handles warranty claims, data entry, and communications with customers in a fast-paced office setting.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in an accounting position.
• High level of reliability, precision, and attention to detail.
• Experience in construction or home services is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills are a necessity.

Responsibilities

• Calculate weekly and monthly performance pay for Service Technicians, Installers, and Design Specialists.
• Review job costing reports for completeness.
• Submit warranty claims to manufacturers.
• Communicate with customers to collect or resolve payment issues.
• Provide back up for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions as needed.
• Perform other administrative tasks as necessary.
