Job summary

Sierra Air is seeking a Commissions Specialist in Reno, NV to calculate weekly and monthly performance pay for Service Technicians, Installers, and Design Specialists. The role supports revenue collection and internal reporting, with data entry and warranty claim submissions as part of daily tasks.

The candidate should have at least one year in accounting, strong accuracy, and proficiency in Excel and Service Titan. Fast-paced environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

One year of experience in an accounting position.
Reliability, precision, and attention to detail are essential.
Experience in construction or home services is a plus.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Calculate weekly and monthly performance pay for Service Technicians.
Calculate weekly and monthly performance pay for Design Specialists.
Calculate weekly and monthly performance pay for Installers.
Review job costing reports for completeness.
Submit warranty claims to manufacturers.
Communicate with customers to collect or resolve payment issues.
Provide back up for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions as needed.
Other administrative tasks as necessary.
