We are looking for a Commission Specialist to join our growing team!

Job Description:

This position is responsible for calculating the weekly and monthly performance pay for our Service Technicians, Installers and Design Specialists, perform other administrative tasks as necessary, including data entry, email or phone communications with residential and commercial customers to collect or resolve payment issues, review job costing and other internal reporting, submit warranty claims to manufacturers, and provide administrative support to department managers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Calculate weekly and monthly performance pay for Service Technicians
• Calculate weekly and monthly performance pay for Design Specialists
• Calculate weekly and monthly performance pay for Installers
• Review job costing reports for completeness
• Submit warranty claims to manufacturers
• Communicate with customers to collect or resolve payment issues
• Provide back up for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions as needed
• Other administrative tasks as necessary

Qualifications and Desired Attributes:

• At least one year of experience in an accounting position
• The ideal candidate possesses a high level of reliability, precision, and attention to detail
• Experience in construction or home services industries a plus
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Service Titan a plus
• Initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team and organization
• Comfortable with data entry, computer applications, exporting tools, and downloads
• Intermediate Excel skills a necessity

Working Conditions:

Work will be performed in an office setting. Occasional lifting of file boxes up to 30lbs. Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time.
