Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering garments and products daily while building strong customer relationships.

Youll grow accounts, upsell products, and help drive sales growth on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends. This role combines independent field work with a strong team support structure and safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently while delivering quality service.
• Comfort with using new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers on assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist service team with loading/unloading route trucks while ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling products.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow the route and earnings potential.
• Operate company walk-in trucks on designated routes with safety as a priority.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor and outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable, Monday–Friday daytime schedule servicing the same route.
