PeakMade Real Estate in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at an assigned community. You will be the front-line sales professional, delivering a world-class experience to residents in a fast-paced team environment.

You’ll convert leads into leases, conduct high-impact tours, and maintain pricing knowledge while supporting resident satisfaction and renewals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Demonstrated success meeting sales or leasing targets.
• Experience using CRM systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage) or similar.
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach.
• Excellent customer service and consultation skills.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

• Convert inquiries into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
