Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at a listed community in Montana. You will close leases, deliver standout tours, and convert leads through phone, online, and in-person interactions with a sales-first mindset.

You will maintain CRM data, collaborate with the team, and support resident satisfaction through renewals and referrals while handling lease paperwork and community operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience required
• Demonstrated success achieving sales/leasing targets
• Experience using CRM systems (Yardi/Entrata/RealPage or similar)
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
• Able to deliver personalized tours and responsiveness to prospects
• Able to work weekends and peak leasing hours

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person interactions
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs, create urgency, and close
• Follow up actively to maximize conversion
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors
• Achieve leasing goals and occupancy targets
• Execute strategies to drive traffic and revenue
• Respond quickly with a sales-first mindset
• Complete lease paperwork and deposits
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
• Assist with office presentation and move-in events
• Support annual turn processes
• Gather product knowledge of property and competition
• Assist with market surveys and administrative tasks
