Responsibilities include follow-up, CRM data management, and applying pricing/availability knowledge to outperform leasing goals. Weekend hours and strong sales discipline are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales or leasing experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales/ leasing targets
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person interactions
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs, create urgency, and close
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors
• Achieve and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
• Assist with move-in/out events and deposits
• Support office presentation and model readiness
