Peakmade-Real-Estate-1 is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at an assigned community. You will close deals and deliver a world-class experience to prospective residents in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

You’ll convert leads, conduct tours, follow up, and maintain accurate CRM data while supporting a seamless move-in process and local market knowledge. Weekend availability required and commission-eligible earnings.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year sales or leasing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales/leasing targets.
• Experience using leading CRM systems (Yardi/Entrata/RealPage).
• Strong follow-up and multi-touch outreach.
• Weekend availability.

Aufgaben

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person.
• Deliver tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Follow up to maximize conversion.
• Maintain pricing, availability, and competitor knowledge.
• Achieve leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Drive traffic and qualified leads to maximize revenue.
• Respond quickly with a sales-first mindset.
• Complete lease paperwork and collect deposits.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and data.
• Support office presentation and model readiness.
• Assist move-in/out events and deposits.
