Job summary

Peakmade-Real-Estate-1 is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to act as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community. You will convert leads, conduct impactful tours, and work to exceed leasing goals while delivering a world-class resident experience.

You will follow up diligently, maintain CRM data, and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment to maximize occupancy and revenue. Weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year) required.
• Proven ability to meet sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata or RealPage.
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Execute strategies that drive traffic and revenue.
