Qualifications

• Relationship-driven sales experience in a consumer environment.
• Strong communication and customer follow-up skills.
• Ability to learn mortgage concepts and product details.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options and coordinate construction process.
• Demonstrate features of display homes and explain benefits to create added value.
• Set appointments using CRM data and follow up with leads and customers.
• Participate in sales meetings and training opportunities.
• Maintain customer files and timely follow-up with prospective buyers.
