Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience in retail.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations with Store Manager to drive performance.
• Recruit and develop store employees; manage customer relations.
• Open/close store, handle cash draws, and protect assets.
• Monitor loan certification/buying and ensure profitability.
