Qualifications

• Three or more years’ full-time retail loan origination experience.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and researching skills, ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to structure and price loans.
• Active and/or Approved-inactive NMLS license in the state of operation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds rapport with network and borrowers to help achieve mortgage goals.
• Consult with customers and analyze financial situations to recommend loan products.
• Ensure loans meet customer needs and Kind Lending standards.
• Understand loan origination process and manage applications with staff.
• Input and upload customer information into loan origination software.
