Job summary

Kind Lending is seeking Retail Loan Consultants to proactively solicit residential mortgage business and build a residual pipeline. You will generate leads by networking with mortgage, real estate, and related professionals to meet monthly and annual sales goals.

You will consult with customers, analyze financials, and present loan options that fit their needs while adhering to Kind Lending guidelines. This role emphasizes relationship-building and a customer-centric funding approach.

Qualifications

Three or more years’ full-time retail loan origination experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated mortgage professional with strong organizational skills.
Ability to structure and price loans.

Responsibilities

Builds rapport and leverages existing relationships with borrowers to help customers achieve mortgage goals.
Consult with customers and analyze financial situations to provide appropriate loan solutions.
Ensure each loan meets customer needs and Kind Lending standards.
Manage loan application process with operations staff.
Input and upload applicant information into loan origination software.
Structure and price loans in accordance with Kind Lending guidelines.
