Anthropic Limited is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for Commercialization to transform our commercial infrastructure into a revenue accelerator and support rapid product growth. You will own end-to-end launches, aligning pricing, billing, tax, marketplace, and selling motions with product roadmaps.

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM, you will build scalable processes, playbooks, and metrics to improve velocity and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running new product introduction processes.
• Experience scaling launches from 0 to 1 and beyond.
• Strong analytical and ROI-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial launch processes from intake to go-live.
• Define commercial-readiness requirements across pricing, billing, tax, marketplace, and selling motions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement cross-team process improvements.
• Develop templates, SLAs, and training to shift from gatekeeper to partner.
