Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Commercial Operations to transform our commercial infrastructure into a revenue accelerator. You’ll manage and enhance processes that support rapid product growth, partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM to scale launches end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running product introduction processes.
• Experience building capabilities and solutions for launching in new ways (pricing to geographies).
• 10+ years in operations, with success in billing, payments, or commercial operations (SaaS a plus).
• Strong knowledge of billing systems, subscription management, and payments platforms.
• Proven track record building and scaling operational programs in high-growth environments.
• Willing to do hands-on operational work while leading a team.
• Experience with automation initiatives and partnering with engineering teams to build tooling.
• Strong analytical skills and ROI demonstration for programs.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across GTM, Finance, Product, Engineering.
• Adaptable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excited to build the operational backbone for exponential growth at Anthropic.

Responsibilities

• Run Commercial Launches end-to-end; translate launches into commercial-readiness requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks; implement process/system changes; coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM.
• Develop program components: launch tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, templates, SLAs; train teams.
• Own major improvement workstreams such as instrumentation and workflow tooling with Eng and systems teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design interfaces and processes spanning multiple teams.
