Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Commercial Operations in New York to transform our commercial infrastructure into a revenue accelerator. You will manage end-to-end launches, define readiness criteria, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM to scale a fast-moving product roadmap.

You will own initiatives from pricing, billing, tax, marketplace, to selling motions, building playbooks, SLAs, and readiness dashboards while driving cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience building and running new product introduction processes.
• Experience building capabilities and solutions that enable launching in new ways, from pricing to geographies.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, with demonstrated success in billing, payments, or commercial operations (high-volume SaaS experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Commercial launches for a scalable program.
• Translate launches into commercial-readiness requirements (pricing, billing, tax, marketplace, compliance, selling motions).
• Collaborate with product teams to develop launch paths.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process/system changes with cross-functional ownership.
• Build components like launch tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, templates, SLAs; develop training.
