Job summary
Anthropic seeks an experienced Program Manager for Commercial Operations to transform our commercial infrastructure into a revenue accelerator. You will own end-to-end launches, ensuring pricing, billing, tax, and marketplace readiness across geographies, while partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM to accelerate the product roadmap.
You will drive process improvements, build playbooks, and create instrumentation for visibility and throughput, shaping a scalable launch
Qualifications
- Experience leading new product introduction processes.
- Ability to design launch capabilities from pricing to geographies.
- 10+ years in operations with experience in billing, payments, or commercial operations.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for Commercial Launches and scalable launch motions.
- Translate launches into commercial-readiness requirements including pricing, billing, tax, and selling motions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM to drive launch readiness and removal of bottlenecks.
- Develop launch playbooks, templates, SLAs, and training to shift from gatekeeper to partner.
- Lead program-improvement workstreams such as instrumentation, pipeline visibility, and workflow tooling.
