Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Program Manager to transform Commercial Operations into a scalable revenue accelerator. You will own end-to-end launches, drive intake and scoping, and translate launches into commercial-readiness requirements across pricing, billing, tax, marketplace, and compliance.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM to remove bottlenecks and implement enabling processes and tooling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations with demonstrated success in billing, payments, or commercial operations (high-volume SaaS experience a plus).
• Strong analytical abilities and the ability to demonstrate ROI on operational programs.
• Experience building and scaling operational programs in high-growth environments.
• Experience with pricing, geographies, and new product introduction processes.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across GTM, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
• Willing to roll up sleeves and do hands-on operational work while leading a team.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments balancing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end launches through the Commercial launch process, including intake and scoping for a portfolio of launches.
• Translate each launch into commercial-readiness requirements (pricing, billing, tax, marketplace, compliance, selling motions).
• Collaborate with product teams to develop paths to launch.
• Identify bottlenecks in launches and implement process and system changes; clarify ownership and drive cross-team completion.
• Create program components such as launch tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, templates, and SLAs.
• Develop training to shift programs from gatekeeper to early-stage partner.
• Own major program-improvement workstreams like instrumentation (pipeline visibility, readiness scorecards, guides, metrics) and workflow tooling with Engineering and systems teams.
• Work cross-functionally to design interfaces and processes spanning multiple teams.
