Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Commercial Operations to transform our commercial infrastructure into a revenue-accelerating engine. You will own end-to-end launches, define requirements across pricing, billing, tax, and compliance, and partner with Product, Finance, Legal, and GTM to scale operations as we grow.

Qualifications

Experience building and scaling operational programs in high-growth environments.
Experience with billing, payments, or commercial operations.
Strong analytical abilities and ROI demonstration on programs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end launches through the Commercial launch process across product, finance and GTM teams.
Define requirements (pricing, billing, tax, marketplace, compliance) for launches and translate into action.
Identify bottlenecks and drive process/system improvements across partner teams.
