Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Tree Care Service (TCS) Business Developer in the Bay Shore area to manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. You will collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal administration to respond to bids and meet sales targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of extensive face-to-face B2B selling, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM/SFA tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at mid-to-senior levels (3–5 years).
• Experience in service industry with commercial contract sales desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM or SFA tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build relationships.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates for existing clients.
• Lead negotiations and close contracts with minimal supervision.
• Log activity in Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams.
• Build trust-based relationships with key decision makers.
• Travel to client sites and manage a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
