Armstrong is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive outside sales of advanced telecom solutions including Voice, UCaaS, Fiber Internet, and Metro Ethernet to small and mid-sized businesses. You will generate leads, manage renewals, and forecast revenue within your territory.

The role emphasizes proactive selling, strong customer relationships, and collaboration with operations to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of B2B outside sales experience in telecom/technical products preferred.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Proven lead generation and prospecting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Sell Armstrong Business Division services to small and mid-sized business customers.
• Self-generate new leads via cold calls, visits, networking, and events.
• Renewals and retention of existing enterprise customers.
• Provide competitive intelligence and forecast monthly sales and revenue.
