Armstrong Business Solutions is seeking a Sales Representative to support expansion in the southern tier of New York state. The role is an outside consultative sales position selling telecom products and services including Advanced Voice, Hosted PBX, Fiber based Dedicated Internet and Metro Ethernet.

Base Salary Range: $48,087 - $64,938 annually, with eligibility for variable incentive compensation. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B outside sales experience in telecom or technical products.
• Proven ability to generate leads and build client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct proactive consultative selling to small and mid-sized business customers.
• Self-generate new leads via cold calls, visits, networking, and industry events.
• Forecast and achieve monthly sales and revenue quota.
• Design solutions by analyzing customer needs.
• Prepare proposals, client presentations, and follow through to close.
• Maintain positive client relationships and retention.
• Maintain sales databases and report activity.
• Travel as required.
