Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field/technician roles.
• Mastery knowledge of troubleshooting commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom and access control.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to clear a drug screen.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and policies in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and emergency service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment.
• Proctor, coach, and train others as needed.
• Provide reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Instruct customers on system operation and functionality.
• Perform system testing and signal verification.
• Maintain truck stock and inventory of equipment and tools.
• Organize resources to ensure efficient task execution.
• Ensure progress and completion of assigned tasks and accurate documentation.
• Submit all tasks, productivity logs, and documentation on time.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Complete other projects as assigned.
