Job summary

Everon in Tennessee is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to perform routine and emergency service calls, troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, and provide on-site customer support.

You will proctor and coach less senior technicians, document hours and tasks, maintain inventory, and travel as needed. A High School Diploma and 3+ years' experience are required; valid driver's license and knowledge of codes are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or vocational training.
• 3+ years of field service experience.
• Mastery knowledge of troubleshooting intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom, and access control.
• Good knowledge of local/national codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency service calls, troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Coach and train others as needed.
• Provide reliable customer support and instruction on system operation.
• Document service hours and work performed.
