Job summary

CGP Maintenance & Construction Services Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage an assigned client portfolio, schedule and coordinate work orders, and communicate with clients and technicians.

You will prepare client invoices, assist with subcontractor contracts, and monitor budgets while leading Service Technicians and Plumbers, ensuring SLA adherence and timely updates in the software system. A strong in-house coordination skill set, proficiency with MS Office, and ability to multitask

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in related field.
• Knowledge of business & management practices.
• Knowledge of office administrative procedures.
• Basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate work orders to meet SLA requirements.
• Provide daily client communications on job status.
• Prepare client invoices and assist with contracts for subcontractors.
• Maintain client/work order data in software system.
• Manage project budgets and procurement with materials as needed.
• Lead Facility Service Technicians and Plumbers.
